Requirements for IHGI Sales Partner Program

IHGI plans to work with Regional Sales Partners in certain specific geographic segments. The objective would be to build an aggressive outreach programs to cover the national market segment. Certain guidelines for Sales Partner are detailed below.

Premier Regional Sales Partner (PRSP)

A regional sales partner who plants to build a marketing company and has an interest in expending his territory outside the normal 50-mile radius of his residence (office) should consider the Premier RSP. The PRSP can expand his territory to include the entire state or even multiple states if sales revenue and support coverage can be provided.

The following requirements and benefits will be applicable for PRSP.
  • Bi-weekly reports including marketing information and pipeline details of prospects.
  • Complete detailed business plan for current activities and overview of long-range (6 month-2 years) directions.

  • Local contact number that prospective client can use for support issues and add on business.
  • Interest in marketing Healthcare Professionals for a period of at least 2 years in his current or expanded territory.
  • Class A PRSP will have a protected territory of a 50-mile radius of office and a marketing area of one state for 10 Million residents, whichever is larger.
  • PRSP may request protected territory of his entire marketing area after he meets first year quota.
  • There may be a National Account or a pending account that will be excluded from the PRSP territory.


QUALIFICATIONS FOR RSP

1. Extensive contacts in the Healthcare market.

2. Business and/or sales experience in marketing services or products to institutions or commercial accounts.

3. Existing profession in Healthcare Services with a desire to complement it by managing professionals and/or marketing them to Healthcare Institutions.

4. Financial resources to meet IHGI requirements for marketing agreements.

5. Business Plan for marketing professionals to the intended services area. This plan may vary in complexity based on business objectives. Example: Marketing RN’s to 1 to 5 institutions in the next year requires a basic approach paper. Marketing a variety of Healthcare Professionals to multiple institutions covering significant geography for an extended period of time would require a relatively complex marketing plan.



IHGI SUPPORT for RSP

1. IHGI will provide all contracts for clients, including Letter of Intent, Purchase & Sales Agreements, and Placement Schedule.

2. To complement sales activities, IHGI will provide to RSP basic sales collateral material such as brochures, white papers, PowerPoint presentations, industry and competitive information, ROI spreadsheets for cost justifications as well as a process flowchart on end-to-end placement process including recruitment, training, testing and immigration processing.

3. IHGI will provide resumes of professionals including details of professional activities and responsibilities at previous position.

4. IHGI will assist back office strategies to help RSP qualify prospects and define their sales process.

5. IHGI will provide ongoing assistance with the sales effort. They will help in planning marketing & sales strategies and participate in joint sales calls when warranted.

6. IHGI will assist in proposal writing by providing templates for building customer proposals. All proposals need to be reviewed by IHGI.
