MSGDP (Managed Services Guaranteed Delivery Program)

Let IHGI be your partner in building Successful Staffing Strategies

Today’s Health Care World is beset with enough barriers to maintaining adequate Nursing Staff. There is growing demand all over the country. Every Nurse Recruiter has an arduous task in managing phone calls, scheduling conflicts, interviews, evaluations, paperwork, back outs, replacements, negotiations let alone actually finding nurses.

Our MSGD Program is designed to be the optimum solution to address your Nurse Staffing needs

The path to staffing success using our program has 9 well defined steps
  • Concept

Our initial meeting with all Nursing Recruitment executives will be fact finding, understanding current issues, introduction to the global supply process, Q&A. The objective would be to leave you with sound knowledge of our exclusive Nurse Sourcing and Delivery model. At this stage a single point of contact from IHGI is established for all future communications.

  • Need Definition

At this stage we will define the exact skills and attributes for each Nursing position. This would include the competency levels, soft skills and expected compensation package for your new nurses would be explored. Special attention would be given to the type of hospital services and what customization of our training programs needs to be considered to deliver Nurses that meet your specific needs.

  • Analysis

The data collected is now placed in our Global Supply Methodology (GSM) Nurse Supply Tracking System and shared across all our global training centers. This step will lead to our individual site business managers in each location matching the exact requirements.

  • Recruitment

At this stage all locations will be notified of your requirements via our Tracking system. The matching resumes from our pool of nurses in our Immigration Preparedness Program(IPP) training centers will be communicated to the Single Point Customer Account Manager. Due diligence has been done prior to this step in the IPP prescreening process before resumes are sent to the Customer.

  • Interview

This is the most important and critical step in our Operations. Hundreds of candidates at all locations are constantly being screened in anticipation of advanced requirements. Standard hiring practices across all our Global Centers enables consistent quality measurements in selection. Short listed Candidates matching requirements are then sent to the Prospective Customer for their review. Based on their initial reviews, the recruitment staff will personally go to the respective global centers for a personal one-to-one screening interview. Other options like Video Conferencing are also available, however, we have found that the in person interviews are far more effective. Decisions are made by the Customer to issue Contracts or letters of Intent at such time.

  • Commitment

The selected candidate will now have to execute legal contracts to bind his commitment to the prospective employer and all exhaustive documentation will be executed at this stage. The Center Manager at each location will be personally responsible to the Single Point Account Manager for all clearances including, Non-disclosures, security, identification, travel eligibility, education credentialing etc.

  • Training and Certification Process

The selected candidates who have not already begun the training program will now undergo intensive training for the CGFNS, TOEFL, TWE, TSE exams at our state of the art Training Center Labs. Special training modules required by customer for a specific skill will also be done at this point of time. The objective of such training programs will be to ensure a high success passing rate, presently participants have a 90%+ passing rate. The immigration processes will be also initiated in parallel at this stage and will be filed once the mandatory certifications are obtained by the candidate. Stage 1 of the training process typically takes 3 – 4 months. The acquisition of the “Green Card” takes 7 – 8 months.

  • Assignment Start Date

Our superior tracking system will give the customer a true monitoring mechanism of each selected candidate. After receipt of the Immigration clearance and consular processing the departure date of the candidate is confirmed by the Center Manager to the single point Account manager for onward communication to the customer. On arrival into USA, our HR team will assist the candidate in the initial housing, obtaining SSN and Driving License to get them operational in this country.

  • Guarantee

After the candidate joins the Customer, initial review is done after 2 weeks to complete the final signoff of the contract and obtain a Certification of Satisfaction from the customer. In case of any deviation from contracts signed by the candidate (1 year guaranteed employment), specific procedures are followed in case replacement becomes necessary.
